First, the first luggage carousel at the entrance to the baggage area was showing that four different flights’ luggage was coming through on it. As a result the number of people from those flights jammed the entrance area and everything backed up. Eventually, the flight numbers were reallocated to other carousels and people scrambled to the new assignments, thinning out the congestion.
Then the luggage cart issue – there were none. NONE. I was told they were all ‘outside’ and that they probably wouldn’t be brought back in until later that evening or maybe even the next day. Of course if you went to get one, security refused to let you back in.

I wont go any further – clearly, this airport is not ready for more passengers.
